2. Plan indicators

(3) Establish the plan implementation supervision and reward and punishment system。All relevant departments should proceed from their own responsibilities and fully implement the annual land supply plan。The municipal government regularly supervises and inspects the implementation of the land supply plan at least twice a year, and gives commendations and awards to relevant departments that strictly implement the land supply policy, have a high degree of intensive land use, and have good land use efficiency. Otherwise, the government will criticize the departments or hold the main leaders accountable。
