The "Letter on the issue of disclosure of real estate Registration Information in accordance with the application" (Letter of the Land and Information Department (2016) No. 363) has been received。After studying and soliciting the opinions of the Legislative Affairs Office of The State Council and the Supreme People's Court, the reply is as follows:

Real estate registration information inquiry, household registration information inquiry, industrial and commercial registration information inquiry, etc., belong to the business inquiry matters in the specific administrative field, its legal basis, procedures, legal consequences, and so on, and the government information disclosure act adjusted by the Regulation on Government Information Disclosure is fundamentally different。If the parties apply for such business inquiries in accordance with the Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information, they shall be informed to handle them in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations。
